“Shall pub­lic pol­icy be amended to end all mar­i­juana erad­i­ca­tion oper­a­tions and trans­fer any and all man­power and funds for such pro­grams to anti-methamphetamine edu­ca­tion and treat­ment programs?”

We Need Your Sup­port Sat­ur­day August 19th
We ask peo­ple to show-up for a demon­stra­tion for THIS cause on this com­ing Sat­ur­day morn­ing. Meet at the THC Min­istry office at 8 a.m. at the Moses Build­ing, 94 Kame­hameha Avenue upstairs in Suite num­ber 2.

Bring a pos­i­tive, easy-to-read-from-a-distance sign. At 9 a.m. we demon­strate at a high-traffic area nearby.

If you’re inter­ested in tak­ing the green­har­vest funds and apply­ing them towards Metham­pet­a­mine Erad­i­ca­tion, please show your sup­port at the demon­stra­tion and the County Coun­cil meet­ing below.

We Need Your Sup­port Wednes­day August 23rd at the County Coun­cil Meeting

The County Coun­cil is invit­ing tes­ti­mony from peo­ple for the pub­lic hear­ing at the Hawaii County Coun­cil. We are gath­er­ing at 8 a.m. on the lanai of the Hawaii County Build­ing for a conch shell blow­ing, cir­cle, bless­ing and prepar­ing for 3-minute tes­ti­mo­ni­als each on the record, on pub­lic access tv, etc.

Tes­ti­mony can come in a few dif­fer­ent forms. The most pow­er­ful is per­sonal, eye-to-eye with the coun­cil at the meet­ing. With every­one get­ting three min­utes the meet­ing could poten­tially take a few days. Roger most highly rec­om­mends writ­ten tes­ti­mony pre­pared in advance so it can be deliv­ered by fax, let­ter or email –AND it can be spo­ken at the meet­ing itself, too.

So basi­cally, we’re try­ing to get as many peo­ple as pos­si­ble to sup­port our ini­tia­tive by com­ing to the meet­ing. Every­one will have the oppor­tu­nity to show support.
